1. MEETING

Review mandate descriptions and study requirements to fill order. Strategize best approach to hire, locals first then contingent foreign workforce.

2. PLANNING

Resources and logistic planning to include testing stipulations and standards, preparing materials, venue for interview. Preparing recruitment itinerary to cover day to day activities to provide visibility to interview delegation.

3. EXECUTE

The format of interview is dependent on client’s specifications and may compose of theory assessment in the form of technical, mathematical, psychometric evaluation and HR interview.

4. DEPLOYMENT

After selection, contract briefing with translation is needed to ensure that the terms of employment are properly articulated. Candidates should know and must know the terms of employment, fees payable and should clarify any issues before deparutre.

5. SUPPORT

Prescribed forms, resumes, copy of academic certificate, identification card and passport – to be done so that a personal file is created.
